Is a Wedding Planner for you?

When our wedding planners first meet with the bride and her family/friends, the conversation will focus on explaining the packages available, with a brief discussion about the type of wedding the bride will want. Our wedding planners are a part of our all inclusive wedding packages, which include their services into the Day-of coordination, with touch-point planning throughout the year of planning.

Here’s a list of the general tasks our wedding planners handle.

  1. Will work to find you the top florists, photographers, caterers, DJs and other vendors from our preferred vendor list

  2. On the wedding day, they arrive at the venue early enough to supervise all vendor set-ups and answer any questions that may arise

  3. Ensure that the bride, groom, DJ/band and photographer are all informed in advance of each event (grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, etc.)

  4. Liaison between all the vendors and the bride/groom on the day of the wedding

  5. Ensure that the bride’s vision is implemented

  6. Serve as your spokesperson, conveying your every whim and desire to vendors or family members when you just can't deal with doing it yourself

  7. Puts together a wedding master plan that maps out all the little details, from ceremony music to favors

  8. When the ceremony approaches, the wedding planner will begin distributing the personal flowers and will ensure everyone is in place according to the timeline

  9. Responsible for ensuring each person in the wedding party (ushers, greeters, etc.) are fulfilling their responsibilities and that guests are being treated properly

  10. Will queue the music for the ceremony and keep the processional flowing as planned

  11. After the ceremony is complete the wedding planner will ensure the guests are quickly ushered to the reception venue and the wedding party is at the appropriate place for photos to begin

  12. Will ensure a smooth and timely start to the reception

  13. Will keep the wedding moving according to the timeline

  14. Will handle emergencies and sooth nerves
